Episode 84 here in the Insane Asylum brings us Luis Garavito aka The Beast. This shit stain has been convicted of at least 138 murders. What makes him a BEAST is that in all the murders, the victims were all male and between the ages of 8-16. This guy is said to be the WORST serial killer in all of history. We think he is definitely up there, where does he rank with you patients!
